RECEIPT OF ENTRIES & REQUIREMENTS
Entries will be accepted in the following categories amateur and proficient:
Scenic Clinch River
Nature/Wildlife
Entries should not include those entered in previous Clinch River Days contests. All prints must be mounted on mounting board. Prints may be matted, no frames please. Minimum size accepted will be 8 x 10; maximum size will be 16 x 20. No digitally altered images accepted.
SUBMISSION OF PRINTS
Fill out identification form (2 copies provided) and attach it to back of print. Form may be photocopied. Each entry must have a title. Make check payable to Clinch River Days. Entry fee is $5 per entry with no limit to number of entries. If photograph is for sale, include price. If not for sale, mark “NFS”. Entries will be accepted from [dates to be announced]. Entries may be dropped off at Trupoint Bank in St. Paul (276-762-5551) during regular business hours. You can also contact the festival committee at 276-762-5607 for other arrangements.
PICK UP TIMES
Entries will remain at the Oxbow Center until 6 pm Saturday, June 2.They may be picked up between 6-7 pm on Saturday, June 2 at the Oxbow Center. Prints not picked up then can be picked up by contacting a festival committee member at 276-762-5607.
AWARDS CEREMONY
Awards will be presented at a reception at the St. Paul Railroad Museum on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 6 pm. Best in Show will win $100 and Scenic Clinch River will win $50. Cash Prizes and First ($50), Second ($25), and Third ($15) Place will be given in all categories. There will also be a People’s Choice Award ($25) and the Oxbow Award ($25).
