Festival Craft & Food Vendors

Want to join the Festival as a craft vendor?  Download and complete the Craft Vendor application below. All fees and applications must be submitted by May 25, 2012.  For more information, contacts are noted on the bottom of the application.

 

Want to join the Festival as a food vendor?  Download and complete the Food Vendor application vbelow. All fees and applications must be submitted by April 30, 2012 due to Health Department regulations and requirements. For more information, contacts are noted on the bottom of the application.
